1. Introduction

Welcome to Chill in Brazil. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, services,
forms, and participation in any trips, experiences, or events organized or promoted by Chill in
Brazil.

By accessing our website, submitting any form, purchasing a service, or participating in a trip or
experience, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree,
please do not use our services.

2. About Chill in Brazil

Chill in Brazil is a women-only travel experience brand that curates and organizes group travel
experiences in Brazil. We work with independent local service providers such as hotels,
transportation companies, tour operators, and guides.
Chill in Brazil is not an airline, hotel, transportation provider, or insurance company. We act as
an experience curator and coordinator.

3. Eligibility

Our experiences are exclusively for women aged 18 or older. By using our services, you confirm
that you meet this requirement and are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Services and Experiences

Chill in Brazil offers curated group travel experiences, itineraries, events, and related services.
All itineraries, schedules, activities, and accommodations are subject to availability and may
change due to operational, safety, weather, or logistical reasons.

We reserve the right to modify, substitute, or cancel any part of an experience when necessary,
always prioritizing participant safety and overall experience quality.

5. Bookings, Payments, and Pricing

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment terms, deadlines, and
accepted methods will be clearly communicated before booking confirmation.

Your spot is only confirmed after full payment or after meeting the specific payment conditions
disclosed at the time of booking. Failure to complete payments on time may result in
cancellation without refund.

6. Cancellations and Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund policies vary by experience and will be communicated prior to
purchase.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Deposits are non-refundable
• Refunds are not guaranteed and depend on supplier policies
• No refunds will be issued for missed activities, early departures, or unused services

Chill in Brazil is not responsible for costs related to airfare, visas, personal expenses, or
third-party bookings made independently by participants.

7. Travel Requirements and Responsibilities

Participants are solely responsible for:

• Holding a valid passport and any required visas
• Meeting entry, health, and vaccination requirements
• Purchasing adequate travel insurance covering medical care, trip interruption, and
  personal belongings

8. Travel Insurance Requirement

All participants are required to purchase and maintain valid travel insurance independently for
the entire duration of the trip. Travel insurance does not need to be purchased through Chill
in Brazil and may be obtained from any provider of the participant’s choice.

The required coverage must include, at minimum:
● Medical expenses and emergency medical treatment
● Medical evacuation and repatriation

● Trip cancellation and interruption

● Personal injury and accidents

Proof of travel insurance may be requested prior to departure. Participants who fail to provide
valid proof of insurance may be denied participation without refund.

Chill in Brazil does not sell, provide, or act as an agent for travel insurance and assumes no
responsibility for insurance coverage, claims, or related costs.

By participating in a Chill in Brazil experience, you acknowledge and agree that travel insurance
is mandatory and that you are solely responsible for obtaining adequate coverage.

9. Assumption of Risk

Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to illness, injury, accidents, delays, theft,
weather conditions, and acts beyond our control.

By participating in any Chill in Brazil experience, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with
travel and participation in activities, including those organized by third-party providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by U.S. law, Chill in Brazil shall not be liable for any direct,
indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
● Acts or omissions of third-party providers
● Personal injury, illness, loss, or damage
● Delays, cancellations, or changes beyond our control
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you directly to Chill in Brazil for the
specific experience.

11. Conduct and Removal

We reserve the right to remove any participant from an experience, without refund, if their
behavior is disruptive, unsafe, illegal, or negatively affects other participants or local partners.

Participants are expected to respect local laws, customs, other travelers, and staff at all times.

12. Media and Content Use

By participating in a Chill in Brazil experience, you grant us permission to use photos, videos,
and other media captured during the trip for marketing and promotional purposes, unless you
notify us in writing prior to the experience.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, and branding, is the property of Chill in Brazil
and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without prior written consent.

14. Images and Visual Content

Some images, videos, and visual materials displayed on the Chill in Brazil website, social
media, and promotional materials are sourced from licensed stock image platforms and are
used for illustrative and inspirational purposes only.

These images do not represent specific accommodations, activities, locations, or experiences
unless explicitly stated. Actual experiences, services, and visuals may vary from those shown.

Chill in Brazil makes no guarantee that stock images accurately depict the final travel
experience and shall not be held liable for any discrepancy between illustrative content and
real-world services or locations.

15. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect,
store, and use your personal information.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
United States and the State of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the
courts of that jurisdiction.

17. Changes to These Terms

Chill in Brazil reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
